US orders
All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days with tracking.
It can take up to 5-10business days from ship date for your order to arrive. If you still not have received your purchase after 1 week from the expected date to arrive, please contact us via info@newfabrica.com
Please note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. However, we will do everything in our power to help you solve the case.
International orders
- All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days .
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail including tracking. Expected time of arrival can vary from 15-20 business days from ship date, depending on the distance to your country. In general, orders to Europe usually take up to 10 business days from ship date.
Please note: New Fabrica is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. However, we will do everything in our power to help you solve the case. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
